Are all styles from the Palestine collection 100% profits donated?
100% of profits will be donated to urgent relief efforts in Palestine via: Palestine Red Crescent Society & Palestine Children's Relief Fund
If my order contains both Pre-order and Non Pre-Order items, how is it shipped?
It will ship in one order once the Pre-order item(s) comes back in stock. Should you need your non pre-order item(s) sooner then it is advised to make a separate order.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders are shipped within 1-2 months of your order date. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's dispatched.
Germany orders:
If your package has had an attempted delivery, it then gets held at your local Deutsche Post for pick up. To find the exact location take your USPS tracking number and enter it along with your zip code to find on their website:

When will I receive my order?
All NON Pre-Order items typically ship out within a few days. Domestic orders deliver within 4-8 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. International non Pre-Order items typically take 2-4 weeks depending on location and shipping method chosen (assuming it is not being held in customs or delayed due to natural disasters)
Will you restock SOLD OUT items?
We produce in small batches which takes time to make, especially our hand stitched scarves. This usually means we sell out quickly when a shipment arrives. While we do restock on some styles we may not for others. If you'd like to see a sold out style come back please sign up on the product page to be notified and if we get enough interest we will restock that style. In order to get notified when we restock please also sign up to our newsletter.
Where are you shipping from?
All our items are being shipped out from the US.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3-5 business days. If it still hasn't arrived, contact our customer service for assistance (info@sarahmusa.com).
My parcel is missing. What should I do?
If your parcel is missing, first check the tracking information. If it's been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact our customer service immediately.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees will apply and may vary depending on your specific address.
Can I change my order or shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your order or shipping address as long as we haven't shipped it yet. You may email our customer service team at info@sarahmusa.com
Does shipping cost include customs fees and tax?
Once the Package leaves USA then each country has their own regulations on customs and we can't guarantee if there will be fees or not because that is something that is out of our jurisdiction
