Our Story

It’s long been a dream of mine to create a clothing brand that considers the person wearing it and the world it is made in. A brand that places people’s needs at its heart rather than an afterthought.

Raised by a Korean mother and a Palestinian father, I grew up between cultures, surrounded by different traditions, textures, and ways of seeing the world. That heritage continues to shape how I approach design today. Honoring what has come before through exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful production, all while creating pieces that feel distinctly of their time.

My relationship with fashion began early, I would often be sewing my own clothes and combining thrift store finds with pieces from my parents’ wardrobe. I was less interested in having something new than in understanding what made a piece special and finding a way to make it my own.

That curiosity eventually led me to formally study at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I graduated with degrees in Fashion Design and Patternmaking. After graduating, I continued to develop my craft at  Carolina Herrera, Ralph Lauren and Theory, gaining experience that continues to inform the way we approach fit, function, materials, and quality. This brand is the result of bringing everything I learned at that level alongside a deep commitment to do things in the right way for the right reasons.

Who We Work With

For the Palestine collection, we partnered with a small factory in Istanbul whose approach to manufacturing reflects our own. We deliberately chose not to produce at scale. Instead, we work with a factory where craftsmanship comes first, and where production is continually being refined to reduce its environmental impact.

The factory operates exclusively on natural gas and maintains a low-carbon production process with near-zero waste. Water is recycled and reused throughout production, while its use of digital printing helps reduce water and chemical consumption. Responsible production for us is about choosing our partners carefully and continually looking for better ways to make what we make.

Craft & Care

Every scarf passes through the hands of skilled women who handstitch each piece with patience and precision. This hand-finishing is not simply a production detail to us, it's our way of preserving a dying art and what gives each piece its character. Our manufacturing partner has a long-standing social responsibility program that provides these women with flexible working arrangements and a steady source of income.

Quality control is overseen in-house by a master craftswoman and her team, who inspect each scarf to ensure it meets our standards before it leaves the workshop. The result is a product made slowly, thoughtfully, and by people whose expertise is visible in the finished piece.

Our Materials

What touches your skin matters. It’s for this reason we only select premium natural and considered fibers for their feel, quality, and lasting character. Our scarves are softened using natural soap instead of synthetic chemical softeners, helping them retain their softness over time. We also use water-based dyes that are GOTS certified and approved by ECOCERT across the organic fiber supply chain.

Our Approach

For us, making something well means paying attention to every part of its journey, everything from the fibers we choose, the people who bring each piece to life, and our customers who will end up wearing it. These are all equally important to us. We want our pieces to be worn and passed down, and that’s how we design them. Thoughtful design married with beautiful materials and craftsmanship that lasts.
